oh my god. Asian idol. horrendous. worst thing since edmund yong's ugly face. when hady came on, my sister went bananas. she was screaming "it's hady! daddy mommy hady! he's on tv! hady is on tv!!! Singapore idol! WAAAAHH!". i nearly had a heart attack when he started singing. they all sing better than him! like the dude mike from Indonesia. that guy can reallysing. and the whole thing was sooooo boring. i found more entertainment watching an Indian show with English sub-titles.

i mean like helllloooooo the show was boring me to tears. anyway, i am going berserk. there's this stupid virus going around and my entire family brought it home from hongkong. if you've read my previous post, i was sick in hongkong. but soon got better after one or two days of watching cartoons. and after that my mom came down with something. then my sister. then my dad. and then me. WHY ME OF ALL PEOPLE! now i'm wheezing and coughing and spluttering everywhere i go.

on a lighter note, i found this interesting band i thought you fellow readers of my blog might be interested in listening to. they are called The Dresden Dolls. yep. and i find their music pretty enticing. really nice to listen to. but not recommended if you're one of those "bop bop bop, bop to the top" kinda people (a.k.a those who absolutely adore the songs in high school musical). i couldn't be bothered to find out what kind of genre their music was but anyhow, their band has two people. who's names i know not. the girl is the vocalist and plays the piano and the dude plays the dudes and occasionally the guitar. oh and they put on exaggerated make-up and look like scary dolls. here's one of their videos:
